The Bellaria agritourism is located in an old renovated farmhouse on one of the hills surrounding the city of Volterra in Tuscany.

Volterra is a town of Etruscan origin with a strong medieval connotation which is in an excellent position to reach other important places in the region such as San Gimignano 15 km away, Siena 40 km away, Pisa 60 km away and Florence 70 km away.

The Bellaria farmhouse, which owes its name to the winds coming from the sea, offers hospitality in a characteristic rural context with comfortable rooms with private bathroom and apartments with independent entrance.

Services and activities of the Bellaria agritourism

The surroundings of the Bellaria agritourism are suitable for outdoor activities such as horseback riding or cycling and long walks in the enchanting countryside of the Volterra hills.

The accommodation provides guests with an outdoor pool.

The green commitment of the Bellaria agritourism

The Bellaria agritourism is a Slow Food presidium.

Bellaria, in fact, is an organic farm that produces olive oil, wine and typical local products by cultivating the vegetable garden, cereals and hay for the animals, according to the most ancient traditions to rediscover the authenticity and flavors of the past .

The company is also dedicated to the breeding of the Pomarancina sheep, a native species with limited diffusion for the production of meat, milk and wool, the latter used in the production of mattresses.
