Olio Capitale is the international fair of the best extra virgin olive oils whose fourteenth edition takes place in Trieste from 13 to 15 May 2022.

The fair that hosts hundreds of Italian and foreign producers allows you to taste and buy the best productions of organic extra virgin olive oils, DOP, IGP both medium and light, both fruity and intense.

Security measures

Access to the fair is only possible with a reinforced Green Pass that is obtained following vaccination or healing and the use of the FFP2 mask is mandatory in each exhibition hall. Entry will not be allowed if the temperature detected at the entrance via the thermoscanner is greater than 37.5° C.
