The "Querceto" farm is located at about 300m a.s.l. is surrounded by small valleys rich in plants, citrus trees and secular olive trees

The crops are interspersed with Mediterranean flora and fauna (oaks, holm oaks, cork, bushes, etc.) where a large number of bird species nest (turtle dove, finch, etc.).

The farm has two single rooms, four double rooms each with bathroom, three mini-apartments with bathroom and kitchen for a total of 22 beds. Rooms can be booked for a two nights minimum stay; the apartments for a one week minimum stay.

The agritourism also has parking, swimming pool, ping-pong, mountain biking, badminton, archery, a shop selling fresh and processed organic company's products: oranges, honey, olive oil, olives, jams, licorice, vegetable and olives paté.

The agritourism is located 4Km from the Santa Severina historic center, where you can admire the majestic Norman castle, the Byzantine churches, the Romanesque cathedral and the diocesan museum

From the farm you can reach sea and mountain resorts, in just twenty minutes by car (Capo Rizzuto protected marine area, the amazing beaches of the Ionian coast, the cliffs of Le Castella and Capocolonna, the Sila plateau with its ancient pines and marvelous 4 lakes).

The "Nature Lab" was born in 1997, linked to the organic farm "Il Querceto", owned by the same family, with the aim of transforming its products, citrus fruits and olives.

Over time, the line of olive processing has been privileged, supplementing it with the grinding of the olives, to obtain an excellent quality oil with which to season and paté.

The products processed by the laboratory respect the traditional processing methods and the old Calabrian recipes

Scrupulous selection of raw materials from certified organic crops, artisan processing methods, storage in glass or vacuum containers, the choice to give up all kinds of additives and preservatives allow us to offer products with intact taste for a healthy, balanced and natural food

The laboratory is housed in an old building in the Santa Severina historic center.
