The Centro Sub Campi Flegrei is a diving center of recreational diving activities that has been operating in the diving tourism industry since 1992.
AWARD PADI winner in 2011 and 2012 as the first PADI diving center in Italy. Centro Sub Campi Flegrei is located in Pozzuoli, Lucrino's area, near Lido Montenuovo, in the area of the Underwater Archaeological Park of Baiae.
A cozy reception, classrooms, changing rooms, embarkation and diving, refreshment area, rink area, equipment rental, storage facilities, showers, solarium, SPA, self service.
The diving center provides the following services:
- Diving courses: Padi and Cmas courses are conducted from the base level to the instructor, including numerous specialty courses. Diving is equipped with a didactic classroom, multimedia teaching material and underwater equipment. Training is also done in the field of underwater archeology through NAS and PADI (Distinctive Specialty) courses.
- Equipment: the Diving Center is equipped with 4 Coltri Sub compressors, one of which is a membrane (Nitrox for free!), Trimix fill-station, 50 Scubapro equipment, complete for rental, a rinse area, an area for the equipment storage and a workshop for repairing equipment.
- Guided immersions: scuba diving is done in the Underwater Archaeological Park of Baiae, in the Gulf of Naples and the Ischia and Procida Islands. The Diving Center has both a 8.40 meter and a 7.80 meter inflatable boats.
- Incoming service: in partnership with other tourist reception facilities, you are offered complete holiday packages of hotels, diving, dinners, underwater archaeological itineraries and itineraries to discover the wonders of this land.
- Underwater tours: organize weekends, accomodations and underwater cruises.
- Organization of events: In collaboration with local authorities, training institutes and associations, the center organizes several kind of events as the ones for the dissemination of environmental culture, respect and safeguard of the marine environment. Experienced instructors and a friendly atmosphere ensure safety and fun.
