In the construction of the recently built B&B Rosa dei Venti, the building typology of the Sicilian rural tradition was taken as a model with particular attention to naturalness in the choice of materials.
In fact, the following were used: clay for the bricks of the walls and for the roof tiles, marble or terracotta tiles for the floors, wood for the window frames and roof coverings.
The paints applied to the walls are ecological.
The energy production for hot water comes from a solar system.
