inFratta B&B is nestled in the heart of Romagna on the hills among Fratta Terme, Bertinoro, Meldola and Polenta. It is surrounded by vineyards, apricot, hazelnut, quince trees, pear trees, medlar trees, cherry trees, fig trees and many other natural elements. 

The enchanting landscapes inspire tranquility and relaxation; soundtrack of these places is nature sounds combined to the gentle rhythm of the rural work of Giuseppe Lotti farm dedicated to organic and biodynamic production

Despite being just several minutes away from Polenta, the inFratta B&B location in the valley, with a reduced car traffic, offers the chance to see foxes, deer and other wildlife of the Romagnolo Apennines. 

The house has been recently renovated and it is now equipped with solar panels and central heating with wood boiler

Nestled in a beautiful hilly landscape, B&B inFratta is located in a newly built wing with a private entrance and it is managed by the Lotti family, which offers accommodations in a homely, quiet, relaxing and friendly atmosphere. 

The facility is open all year round and it is ideal for people passionate about nature, food and wine, peace lovers and those who want a strategic location close to health care facilities in the area. 

The B&B has a breakfast room and three bedrooms with private bathrooms, including one habitable for people with disabilities

The rooms are on the ground floor, all with independant entrance, a wooden ceiling, comfortable, with private bathroom and TV. 

From each room you can enjoy a beautiful and relaxing natural landscapes

Breakfast is rich and varied and also offers organic jams and juices and processed directly in the farm laboratory.
