Self-production literally means "autonomous production", therefore producing something yourself from raw materials instead of buying it elsewhere.

There is talk of self-production in many sectors such as that of electricity or heat for your home that derives from solar panels installed on the roof or, in a more strictly daily sense, you can self-produce everyday goods such as toothpaste, soap , jams, yogurt, cosmetics, detergents and detergents.

The autonomous production of these everyday goods also involves a reduction in the production of waste compared to products purchased at the supermarket (just think of the plastic packaging of the individual products and the bags for transport home) as well as recycling operations such as containers in glass for jam.

Self-production is very good for us and for the environment; it is an extremely rewarding activity that allows considerable economic savings by generating better quality, more natural and sustainable products and, moreover, we know perfectly what they are made of and what is inside!
