The idea was born three years ago, looking around and noticing that something was changing. Natural cuisine began to be present in the people tales and also gained the palates of non vegetarians.

Freshly made bread every day, flour, vegetables and organic cereals cooked with passion by our chefs in the Gintilla's open kitchen. And if the lunch is lit with freshness with a generous buffet, the evening is dressed in stars and features an à la carte menu that flatteres the senses and surprises the pocket.
