From the farm you can reach sea and mountain resorts, in just twenty minutes by car (Capo Rizzuto protected marine area, the amazing beaches of the Ionian coast, the cliffs of Le Castella and Capocolonna, the Sila plateau with its ancient pines and marvelous 4 lakes).
The "Nature Lab" was born in 1997, linked to the organic farm "Il Querceto", owned by the same family, with the aim of transforming its products, citrus fruits and olives.
Over time, the line of olive processing has been privileged, supplementing it with the grinding of the olives, to obtain an excellent quality oil with which to season and paté.
The products processed by the laboratory respect the traditional processing methods and the old Calabrian recipes.
Scrupulous selection of raw materials from certified organic crops, artisan processing methods, storage in glass or vacuum containers, the choice to give up all kinds of additives and preservatives allow us to offer products with intact taste for a healthy, balanced and natural food.
The laboratory is housed in an old building in the Santa Severina historic center.
